A Healthier Approach To Partying

One of my best friends are getting married this holiday and I am planning her a bachelorette party but only one problem, she is a super fitness fanatic and doesn’t drink so I cannot choose to host a traditional bachelorette party.

This has been a little challenging but let’s face it you don’t always need the booze to complete a party.

So, rather than bar hop, I have decided we would spend her bachelorette party only unique to her interests. One more problem, I’ve got to choose between these ideas!

A little help please.

Striptease or pole dancing

Girls still wanna have a little fun, so one of our options is to get our groove on. Striptease could be some nice craze fun and we could all be getting a total body workout before the big day. Besides burning some serious fat I think it would be great tips to get the honeymoon groove on.

Dance-a thon

She loves music and dance, so I thought a dance- a-thorn is an excellent idea. Another option is a private dance class for all our friends so we would totally be getting funky on the floor on the wedding night. And yes of course a great workout.

Girl – Zone

For a bit of plain down relaxation and girl fun I also thought about planning a healthy retreat  weekend  to get us all prepped up for the big day, pedicures, manicures, massages, spa treatments, complete with a personal yoga instructor. Although this may probably turn out to be a costly affair it will be so worth it. A weekend of healthy eating and relaxation. That sounds good.

Actually after all this pondering I think I may just combine all these ideas. Thanks for your help guys!
