Qantas Grilled Over Pork And Booze Free Flights

Qantas has been receiving negative feedback on social media fro their decision eliminate food  that contain pork and alcohol in flights flying to Dubai.

Travel mol reports that it’s common for flights to eliminate pork when they are flying to and from Islamic countries, but people have re acted in an unusual manner when Qantas initiate the same practise.

People didn’t hold back when it comes to expressing how they feel about the travel company’s decision to eliminate pork and booze on the Manu, which has led to them removing some of the comments and issuing a statement via their Facebook page, the statement reads

You may have noticed some comments have been removed from our page. These have been removed as they contravene our house rules. We encourage all feedback on this page, both positive and negative, however comments which violate our house rules will not be tolerated. Please help us keep our Facebook page a fun, enjoyable and respectful community for everyone.

Qantas said it would not change its decision, despite the barrage of negative responses.

The airline said alcohol was still being served on flights, but not used in food preparation.
