Have you been feeling down recently and not sure how to lift up your self esteem then follow these simply guidelines to boost your spirits.

Try a bit of exercise and see how it amazingly transforms your self esteem. Even just a little walk can boost your self- image and make you feel better about yourself.

Only buy clothes that fit you well and make you feel good. Make sure that whatever it is flatters your figure because knowing you look great in something makes you feel great to. 

Surround yourself with positive, motivating and encouraging people. Get rid of negative friends and relationships.  Do not obsess over what you think are negative traits about yourself rather focus on your strengths and what you are good at.

Before you make decisions make sure that whatever you do makes you feel good about yourself. And never let fear of failure stop you from trying. Live everyday with purpose and passion and absolutely no regrets.

 Let your posture speak for itself. Stand up straight and wear shoes that allow you walk with confidence.

To develop your confidence all it requires is making small adjustments to your attitude. So concentrate only on the positive things about yourself and do only what makes you happy.
