He often participated in shows as a young child and was a hit even then. The One Fine Day actor shot to stardom when he took on the roll of Dr. Doug Ross in the TV series ER. Known for saying that he would not marry, the Peacemaker actor was married from 1989 – 1993 to Talia Balsam.
