Serves: 4
- 300g noodles
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 stalk lemon grass, sliced finely
- 400g rump steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 sachet Knorr Classic White Sauce
- 20ml finely chopped
- 5ml peanut oil
- 10ml fresh grated ginger
- 100g green beans, sliced on the diagonal
- 30ml red Thai curry paste and steamed
Fresh coriander leaves to garnish
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water until cooked
- Fry onions, ginger, lemongrass and green beans in peanut oil until softened
- Add steak and fry until brown
- Stir in Red Thai Curry paste and fry for 1 minute
- Add prepared Knorr White Sauce to the pan and stir through together with the finely chopped coriander
- Serve the Red Thai Beef with the noodles, garnished with fresh coriander leaves
