- 2 or 3 Packets Pasta
- Boiling water
- STORK Culinesse
- Salt
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 125g courgettes, sliced at an angle and lightly marked in a griddle pan
- 125g sliced mushrooms
- 100g sliced cherry tomatoes
- 180ml tomato puree
- 15ml sugar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 28 prawns tails, cleaned and pre cooked
- 60ml STORK Crèmendous pouring crème
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- Bring the water to a boil, add salt and a dash of STORK Culinesse to prevent the pasta boiling over.
- Boil till al dente, rinse, drain and set aside.
- Heat a pan, add some STORK Culinesse and fry the onion until golden.
- Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and fry for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Add the marked courgette pieces and stir fry briefly.
- Stir in the tomato puree, sugar, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
- Add the prawns and STORK Crèmendous pouring crème and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped coriander and serve with cooked pasta.
