You don’t only need Blackberries for these, this Yummy Smoothie goes down just as well with any kind of berry… so mix it up and enjoy!
1 medium banana, peeled
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
1. Place all four ingredients into the blender. Blend on high for about 15 seconds, or until it is creamy and smooth! Serve immediately.
