Megan Fox has proven the theory that you can’t be drop dead gorgeous and have brains as well. FHM’s Sexiest Woman Alive just can’t stop blabbing about things that no one cares to hear. This time the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen hottie is biting the hand that feeds her. She described the sequel as “not being a movie about acting” during an interview with Entertainment Weekly – not the kind of thing you should say while promoting your own film. "I mean, I can't s**t on this movie because it did give me a career and open all these doors for me. But I don't want to blow smoke up people's a**. People are well aware that this is not a movie about acting,” she told the mag. Not that she can even act, but anyway. The movie’s director, Michael Bay, has laughed off her comments saying she isn’t mature enough to know what she is talking about. "Well, that's Megan Fox for you. She says some very ridiculous things because she's 23 years old and she still has a lot of growing to do,” he said, adding that Fox should show a little more gratitude.
"Nic Cage wasn't a big actor when I cast him, nor was Ben Affleck before I put him in Armageddon. Shia LaBeouf wasn't a big movie star before he did Transformers - and then he exploded. Not to mention Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, from Bad Boys. Nobody in the world knew about Megan Fox until I found her and put her in Transformers. I like to think that I've had some luck in building actors' careers with my films." Well said Mr. Bay!

While the family of Michael Jackson finalizes his funeral plans, fans continue to take the King of Pop further up the charts. Sound Scan’s Building Chart data indicates that MJ’s week of record breaking CD sales will continue next week. More than 110 000 albums were sold in the first two days of the week (June 29-30). Thriller was the top seller of all album sales while The Essential Michael Jackson and Number ones came in second and third respectively. The preliminary numbers show that if sales continue to soar as they do, Michael could find himself dominating the Billboard’s Top Comprehensive Albums charts.

	Who said pirates were only trouble making-treasure stealing annoyances of the sea? *Pirates of the Caribbean* star, Johnny Depp, donned his finest Captain Jack Sparrow pirate gear to help bring a smile to sick children at a hospital in London. Depp took time off promoting his new movie, Public Enemies, to pay the children at the Great Ormond Street Hospital a visit. He visited several wards and played with the excited children. "Johnny was so friendly with all the children on the ward and they absolutely loved his pirate outfit,” a source says adding: "He spoke to lots of the youngsters and staff - and made their day by posing for pictures with them all." Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose, stayed at the hospital in 2007 when she was treated for kidney failure. Shortly after his daughter was released from hospital he donated $1.5 million to thank them for taking care of her. Yet another reason to love the gorgeous actor!

	*Spider-Man* actor, Tobey Maguire, has kept up Hollywood’s long standing tradition of giving your offspring embarrassingly odd names. Apple Martin, Moon Unit Zappa and Pilot Inspector Lee can now add one more person to the corner of the playground reserved for bully targets. Maguire named his second child, with wife Jennifer Meyer, Otis Tobias Maguire. Little Otis was born on May 8 this year and his parents have now only revealed his name – and we can understand why. They were probably preparing themselves for the public’s onslaught of the ridiculous name. Otis’ sister Ruby Maguire (2) barely escaped making it onto the top 20 worst celebrity baby names and she has her brother to thank for that.
